To complete our sales team, we are looking for a
Estimator with Sales Flair (m/f)
Your tasks
- Analyze and calculate tenders
- Detailed clarification of the scope of services for tenders
- Calculation of additional costs including preliminary and final calculations for large projects
- Representation of the company at award meetings
- Negotiation and review of (work) contracts
- Seamless handover of orders to project managers
- Hands-on mentality to develop solutions with the customer; you act independently and with initiative
- Service orientation and focus on customer and company benefits
- You convince decision-makers with communication, technical competence, and persuasiveness
- You build trust and expand your customer portfolio
Your profile
- Technical basic training in the steel construction, metal construction industry, or comparable
- Several years of experience in the steel construction industry in the craft and/or technical area
- Commercial training or broad experience
- Willingness to travel
- Very good MS Office skills
- Business fluent German, possibly French and/or Italian
