What you can contribute
- Develop target group-oriented text contributions mainly in German for employees, customers, and the online magazine
- Co-responsible for daily business in corporate communications at BIT in collaboration with experienced team colleagues
- Design websites with specialist departments and develop proposals for contributions
- Plan and create posts and campaigns for social media
- Collaborate on communication in cross-team projects
- Create the daily media review and actively participate in developing the topic planning
What makes you unique
- Completed Master’s degree in social sciences, humanities, or from the IT field (at the start of employment no more than 18 months ago)
- Quick comprehension and very good communication skills; good MS Office knowledge; enjoyment in working with different stakeholders and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Independent, solution-oriented, proactive, and efficient working style; flexible, assertive, and willing to support the team outside core tasks if needed
- Very good written expression and editorial skills as well as interest in the often technical topics of federal IT
- Very good active knowledge of one official language and good knowledge of a second
