Head of Human Resources
In this versatile key position, you take overall responsibility for the HR area and lead a small team. Reporting directly to the COO, you advise the management on all HR matters and actively shape the further development of organisation, culture and leadership. You are responsible for the people strategy, HR operations as well as the entire HR lifecycle – from talent management and recruiting to employer branding and employee experience. With your focus on the essentials, you accompany growth and change initiatives, develop structures and HR processes in a targeted manner and create sustainable added value.
You have a solid education and training in HR (HF, FH, NDS or business administration) as well as leadership experience in a comparable role, ideally in an SME environment. You move confidently between strategic development and operational implementation and bring experience in transformation, growth and organisational development processes. As an entrepreneurial, solution- and service-oriented personality, you act pragmatically, take responsibility and consistently implement topics. With your high social competence, your winning manner and your pronounced communication skills, you build trust and engage with a wide range of stakeholders on an equal footing.
