The Wallierhof Education Centre is the competence centre for domestic and agricultural training and further education as well as consulting in the Canton of Solothurn, with an attractive seminar and conference infrastructure. For the Wallierhof Education Centre we are looking for a Head of Conference Centre, 80-100% at the Riedholz location from 01.02.2027 or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities
- You will create a professional and customer-oriented environment for learners as well as seminar and conference participants together with your team.
- You will take overall responsibility for the professional, personnel and financial management of the conference centre.
- Services, processes and quality standards will be continuously optimised and further developed by you.
- You lead and promote employees and create a respectful team culture.
- As a member of the management team, you actively shape the development of the education centre.
Your profile
- You are a committed leader with entrepreneurial thinking and enjoy successfully further developing services and processes together.
- A qualification in higher vocational education in Hospitality Management, Facility Management or a related field characterises your educational background.
- You bring several years of professional experience in the hospitality environment.
- A high level of customer and service orientation, strong communication skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style are among your strengths.
- Resilience, flexibility and an affinity for agriculture complete your profile.
