Customer Advisor Banking - Service Centre Corporate Clients DE/FR (100%) | Fixed-term
Your tasks:- Telephone and written support of corporate clients
- Processing and answering customer enquiries by e-mail
- Assistance with matters concerning banking products and services
- Receiving and forwarding customer concerns to the responsible specialist departments
- Organisation and coordination of customer appointments
- General administrative tasks
- Very good German skills, Swiss German is understood
- Very good French skills are an advantage
- Experience in banking or contact centre is an advantage
- Commercial training is an advantage
- Good IT user skills
- Customer-oriented, reliable and structured working style
- Impeccable reputation
- Fixed-term assignment at 100%
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday
