What exactly you will do here:

• Comprehensive advice in the area of personal loans – supporting customers throughout the entire advisory process using both digital and traditional channels
• Analysis and decision-making competence – professionally reviewing loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and developing tailored financing solutions based on internal guidelines
• Active sales & cross-selling, identifying customer needs and proactively selling complementary insurance products
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships – accompanying our customers along the entire customer journey: from acquisition through portfolio management to long-term retention
• Shaping rather than just executing – working closely with internal departments and actively contributing to the further development of our advisory and sales processes
  

How to get along well with us:

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification, complemented by solid experience in consulting or sales
• Several years of experience in customer service or sales environment as well as a strong ability to advise customers professionally and build trust
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking combined with a high level of quality awareness, reliability and a professional appearance
• Digital affinity as well as confident handling of modern tools, systems and platforms
• German or French at native speaker level as well as solid knowledge of the other language; additional languages are an advantage.
