About the job
Vaudoise is one of the leading Swiss insurance companies and an attractive, future-oriented employer. In line with its cooperative identity and values, Vaudoise creates a healthy, inclusive, and inspiring work environment where you can develop further.
To strengthen our team in the Broker & Partner department in Dübendorf, near Stettbach station, we are looking for a Broker Advisor. Is your heart set on insurance sales and do you have several years of experience? Are you ready for a new challenge and want to advance your career? Then you are exactly right with us!
The following diverse tasks await you:
- Review and preparation of offers: You receive tenders and check whether they align with the company’s strategy and guidelines. Based on this, you prepare individual offers for the assigned brokers
- Follow-up and negotiation of offers: You actively follow up on submitted offers and obtain necessary information in the background – often without direct feedback from the broker, but based on a good relationship. You identify opportunities for adjustments to secure contract conclusion
- Portfolio management and contract administration: You are responsible for the comprehensive management of the existing portfolio, including remediation, renewal, and adjustment of contracts, from A to Z
- Troubleshooting in claims and complaints: As a direct contact for brokers and their clients, you resolve challenges and ensure quick and efficient clarification of claims or complaints
- Internal representation of interests: You act as the "advocate" for the broker within Vaudoise Insurance, ensuring that the interests of brokers and clients are optimally represented internally
- Network management: Through a strong internal and external network, you succeed in offering better optimal solutions to the broker. You easily build and sustainably develop relationships.
- Contract termination administration: You handle the cancellation and termination of contracts, ensuring a smooth transition
This is what sets you apart:
- Federal professional certificate in the insurance sector
- Several years of experience in the corporate sector in a similar position
- Sales talent
- Independent working style
- Confident German in writing and speaking, French skills are an advantage
If you are resilient, sociable, strong in communication and negotiation, possess sound expertise, and have a high standard of quality, you are exactly the right person for us.
Your pronounced service orientation and availability, as well as the ability to commit yourself to our brokers and clients, complete your profile.
We offer you:
- A pleasant working environment in a cooperative company that has been repeatedly voted the best employer.
- Numerous social benefits, including flexibility in work organisation
- Support in development and further training
- The well-being of employees as the first priority
We look forward to receiving your complete application documents electronically (including CV, cover letter, copies of work certificates and diplomas).
