YOUR TASKS

• Professional reception and care of internal and external customers and visitors
• Responsibility for registering and coordinating visitors as well as issuing visitor badges
• Receiving and professionally forwarding incoming telephone calls
• Carrying out various administrative and service-oriented tasks
• Ensuring smooth reception operations and compliance with security and access processes
• Close collaboration with internal contacts and support with organisational tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in reception, hospitality, or customer service
• Several years of professional experience in reception or service environments, ideally in an international or large corporate setting
• High customer and service orientation as well as a neat and professional appearance
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style as well as high resilience
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Experience with security and access processes is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
• Flexibility regarding working hours to ensure reception coverage
• Willingness to cover for team members during holidays and sick leave
• A clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract are required
