Job DescriptionYour Tasks
* Receiving and coordinating customer enquiries regarding faults, maintenance and service calls
* Scheduling and planning appointments for service technicians considering urgency and workload
* Opening, processing and monitoring service and inspection orders
* Processing work reports as well as maintaining order and master data in the ERP system
* Interface between customers, service technicians and internal specialist departments

Your Profile
* Completed technical or commercial basic training
* Experience in scheduling, service coordination or technical customer service
* Technical understanding, ideally in ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration or building technology
* Organisational talent, independent working style and strong customer orientation
* Good German skills and confident use of digital tools as well as ERP/SAP knowledge
* English skills are an advantage
