Incident Response: Analyse, contain, and sustainably resolve security incidents
Security Operations: Operate critical security platforms stably and securely
Engineering: Further develop existing solutions and integrate new technologies
Ownership: Take responsibility for systems and consistently drive technical issues forward
Teamwork: Share knowledge, act as a sparring partner, and coach colleagues
Security Platforms: Firewall, Proxy, NDR, XDR, and EDR
Incident Handling: Detection, analysis, containment, resolution, and follow-up
Security Engineering: Hardening, logging, monitoring, and technical security measures
System Engineering: Linux, monitoring, and patch management
Security Infrastructure: Evaluation, introduction, and further development of new solutions
Troubleshooting: Analyse logs, recognise technical correlations, and sustainably resolve causes
Critical Infrastructure: Work in a security-critical and partially regulated environment
Qualifications:
Education: IT Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience: Several years of practice in system engineering and cyber security
Linux: Solid knowledge and practical experience
Security: Experience with security platforms, incident handling, hardening, logging, and monitoring
Mindset: You take responsibility, question existing solutions, and contribute your own ideas.
Team: You share your knowledge and support others as a technical sparring partner.
Security: Impeccable reputation and strong sense of responsibility
Work Model: Willingness for a limited home office share due to system isolation
German: Very good German skills at C1/C2 level and understanding of Swiss German
English: Good knowledge
