Agogic Specialist (HF/FH) 80-100%
You will take on the professional leadership of assistance tasks in the areas of housing and day activities and complement the agogic support.
In the Chance process towards inclusive living and life, you will professionally support our employees in care and nursing in all agogic matters. You ensure the high-quality implementation of the agogic mandate, discuss individual needs of clients with the teams, jointly develop action strategies for challenging situations, and identify training and education needs in assistance work.
As a member of the Agogic Expert Committee, you develop concepts and processes further, initiate and lead projects for service development, and report directly to the managing director.
Your tasks
- Professional support of care teams in agogic work
- Ensuring and further developing professional quality standards
- Further development of agogic processes and professional competencies
- Collaboration with specialist offices, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Organisation and moderation of exchange forums (client meetings, intervisions, crisis discussions, etc.)
- Handling reports of boundary-violating behaviour according to the Graubünden standard
- Leading projects for service and quality development
- Reporting to management
- Participation in the further development of inpatient and outpatient services
- Collaboration in the Agogic Expert Committee in developing processes and quality standards
You bring with you
- Tertiary-level qualification in social work, for example, social pedagogy HF or FH
- Further training in relevant specialist topics (e.g., easy language, coaching, case management, intervision, empowerment, or conceptual work) or willingness to undertake such training
- Several years of experience in caring for and advising people with support needs
- Experience in coaching individuals in the professional environment as well as in conducting crisis discussions
- Competence in leading projects, creating concepts, and conducting quality controls or willingness to familiarise yourself with these areas
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and ideally in an expert committee
- Interest in professionally advising caregiving staff and building their competencies
- Openness to shaping new ways of assisting people with support needs
