With KUKUI room perfumes, we pave the way into the fascinating world of scents. We
create moods and fragrance landscapes that conjure unforgettable images. Because our

Our elegantly designed KUKUI diffusers, scented candles, and fragrance devices meet the highest standards of design and
function. All products are lovingly and carefully produced in our own manufactory in Zurich.
Since 2012, we have been an independent, owner-managed Swiss family business.

For our manufactory in Glattbrugg ZH, we are looking for a

Internal Sales Staff (Part-time 60-80%)

In this versatile role, you will support and advise our customers by telephone and
email. You will process orders in the IT system – from customer onboarding through
order processing to invoicing – and implement sales activities.
Furthermore, you will handle the procurement of raw materials, manage inventory, and record
shipping and delivery orders. Implementing regulatory requirements and maintaining master data are also part of your responsibilities.
The position is rounded off by co-managing our web and ERP systems.

What you bring:

• At least 7 years of professional experience in internal sales or a commercial field
• Enjoyment in contact with customers, suppliers, and partners (by phone and in writing)
• Good IT and system skills
• Process-oriented working style
• Non-smoker
• Languages: German (spoken and written) / English (spoken and written) / French (basic spoken knowledge) / Swiss German must be easily understood orally

Key points of the position:

• Part-time workload: 60-80%
• Working hours Monday and Friday, approx. 08:30–17:30, plus (depending on workload) 1-2 additional working days (Tuesday or Thursday)
• Workplace: Glattbrugg, ZH
• Start date: by arrangement
