For our client in the Bern region we are looking for a trained:
HR Administrator 100% (m/f/d)
Job DescriptionHR Administrator 100% (m/f/d)
- Sorting, scanning and electronic filing of personnel documents
- Maintenance and management of digital personnel files (E-Dossier)
- Recording and processing of accident reports in the Sunet Plus and SAP systems
- Uploading and updating accident data
- Support in processing personnel changes
- General administrative support in the HR area
- Ensuring careful and timely data processing
- Compliance with internal quality standards and data protection guidelines
- Completed commercial training EFZ
- Initial professional experience in the HR field
- Good SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of Sunet Plus is an advantage
- Further training in human resources is an advantage
- German or French as mother tongue
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Quick comprehension and efficient working method
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- High quality awareness and strong customer orientation
- Commitment, discretion and sense of responsibility
