In this versatile role, you will competently and individually advise and support our clients. At the same time, you will assist the team leader in the professional and personnel management of the team and take on an important co-responsibility for its successful further development.

Lawyer / Attorney (m/f/d) Liability and Insurance Law - Deputy Team Leader

Your tasks...

• Independent handling and customer-oriented support of legal cases
• Providing legal advice
• Answering coverage questions
• Drafting legal documents
• Preparation and review of contract documents
• Conducting negotiations with opposing parties, lawyers and authorities
• Supporting and representing the team leader during their absence

Your profile...

• Completed studies in law with or without a lawyer’s licence
• Profound expertise, experience in legal expenses insurance is an advantage
• Holistic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a "hands-on mentality"
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Positive demeanour, high willingness to learn, resilience and flexibility
• Quick comprehension, quality awareness and reliability
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Structured, independent and responsible working style as well as confident and efficient use of digital tools
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
