Complaint Manager (m/f/d)

This is one of three independently operating business units of the iwis Group.

As a Complaint Manager (m/f/d), your tasks are:

• Analysis of quality problems
• Initiation and monitoring of improvement measures
• Classification and preparation of customer and supplier complaints
• Initiation, execution and evaluation of investigations into causes of errors
• Participation in the development of solution proposals for problem handling (8D team leader)
• Coordination and control of initiated measures
• Sole responsibility for handling visits and quality discussions with customers and suppliers
• Financial handling of complaints
• Creation of complaint statistics

You bring with you:

• Completed training in a metalworking profession with further training as a master craftsman, technician or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of standards in quality management such as DIN EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949 as well as customer-specific standards
• Very good knowledge in the creation and evaluation of 8D reports
• Experience in the practical application of quality methods Core Tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D)
• Confident handling of MS Office, Babtec and SAP
• Good English skills
• Resilience, reliability and strong communication skills
• Cooperative and independent working style
• High commitment and ability to work in a team
• Assertiveness and flexibility
• Objective assessment of complex issues

• Knowledge in stamping/bending technology as well as materials testing desirable
