Specialist in Business Intelligence and Reporting (80 - 100 %) - Start: November 1, 2025 or by agreement

Do you have an eye for structured data, enjoy developing clear dashboards, creating meaningful reports, and are looking for a purposeful task? Then bring your expertise and help us create data-driven decision-making foundations for the city of Lucerne.

• You lead projects and coordinate the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions in the service departments of the city of Lucerne.
• You analyze needs, develop standardized dashboards, cockpits, and reports, and implement them in close collaboration with leaders.
• You conduct training and provide support for our BI application.
• You evaluate and optimize existing BI solutions based on customer feedback and strategic requirements.
• You support the Central IT Services of the city of Lucerne in building and further developing a central data platform to integrate relevant specialist systems.

• You have a university degree – e.g., in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Administration with a focus on Data Analysis – or a comparable qualification.
• You have regularly worked with BI tools, ideally with Power BI and Qlik Sense.
• You bring experience in building dashboards, cockpits, and automated reports.
• You have already led and coordinated complex projects in the field of data analysis or Business Intelligence – or are motivated to grow into this role.
• You possess strong analytical and communication skills, a high service orientation, as well as quick comprehension and flexibility.
• You work in a structured, reliable, proactive, independent manner and enjoy thinking in a networked way.
