Your Job

Advise and support organisations, teams and individuals on behavioural psychology issues, focusing on sustainable behaviour change
Develop & moderate learning formats in adult education: convey knowledge clearly and convincingly
Build and maintain your own client network, actively participate in acquisition and offer processes
Diagnose, design and implement work psychology-based interventions, workshops & training
Coach employees and managers during change phases
Ensure transfer into everyday life
Project management: from analysis to rollout
Further develop content and offerings, translate new scientific findings sensibly into practice
You make the impact and benefit measurable!

Focus areas in leadership, sales, self-management, diagnostics, marketing and processes
Presentations & seminars with a clear storyline and convincing moderation
Close teamwork, combined with a lot of personal responsibility and pragmatism
Travel assignments throughout Switzerland, location Bern with a modern & central home base
Hybrid working model (on-site, home office & at clients)
Active participation in pitches, offers and network maintenance

You speak flawless French (level C2) & German and have good English skills
You hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, ideally specialising in Work & Organisational Psychology / Business Psychology or are close to completion

You are a born presenter & moderator, convey content convincingly and captivate your audience
You are motivated to build your own client network and see acquisition as an exciting opportunity to create impact and build relationships
You have experience in consulting, organisational, team & personnel development, coaching or adult education
You handle complex and sensitive topics confidently and convince with the necessary sensitivity
Initiative, structured working style, entrepreneurial thinking, interest in business development & sales
High willingness to travel, two to three days per week

You combine psychological sensitivity with entrepreneurial thinking
Analytical and conceptual strength, while being practical
You are empathetic, credible and possess natural persuasiveness
