We are a leading business consultancy firm in Central Switzerland with around 50 employees in Schwyz, Pfäffikon SZ and Altdorf. A team of auditors, tax and fiduciary experts, lawyers and holders of various professional certificates serves clients interested in comprehensive advice (natural and legal persons) in the areas of corporate, tax and legal advice including auditing as well as accounting.

For our head office in Schwyz we are looking for a

Legal Assistant (50 - 60%)

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:

• Support of our team of lawyers with diverse and
• varied tasks with the opportunity for professional and personal development;
• Collaboration in the preparation of documents in the area of corporate law (foundations/restructurings)
• including HR registrations;
• Collaboration in executorships, inheritance divisions and guardianship mandates;
• Assistance in drafting contracts and documents in various legal areas;
• Support in compliance tasks (e.g. maintaining registers);
• Clarification and assessment of minor legal questions, depending on knowledge level.

WHY YOU WILL SUCCEED:

• Commercial training, commercial diploma or A-levels, professional experience in the legal field an advantage;
• Confident German;
• Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good comprehension, high willingness to learn and interest in legal contexts;
• Committed, quality-conscious, conscientious and flexible personality;
• High discretion as well as a responsible, forward-looking and reliable working style;
• Enjoyment of varied tasks, precise work and teamwork.
