Portrait of the School/Institution
The Special Education School Lyss is a day school for children and adolescents with intellectual or multiple disabilities. We teach around 115 students in 18 classes (from primary to upper and orientation levels) aged between 4 and 18 years.
For the development of our new organizational structure, we are looking for a committed personality as

Tasks
Personnel and professional leadership of teachers, educational staff, interns
Close cooperation with the management and within the executive board
Co-responsibility for the implementation and further development of the educational concept
Hiring, leadership, and development of employees in own area
Responsibility for area and level meetings as well as training days
Coordination of timetables and class assignments (transfers, departures)
Conceptual further development of the area
Requirements
Basic pedagogical training with teaching diploma, ideally with a diploma in special education
Further training in the areas of career orientation, pedagogy, leadership, communication, etc.
Several years of experience in the school environment
Resilience and constructive communication skills
High ability to work in a team and willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
