For our BERNINA workshop in Zurich-Oerlikon (near the station) we are looking for you as

Service Technician Sewing Machines 100% (m/f/d)

As part of the nationwide BERNINA retail team, you play an important role in the acceptance and assurance of repair and service work for end customers and schools.

Your main tasks

• Repair of sewing and embroidery machines as well as overlockers
• Advising customers regarding repairs
• Preparing cost estimates
• Spare parts management
• Performing services in schools
• Supporting other service points of BERNINA Retail AG
• Cooperating with the chief technician After Sales Service at the BERNINA headquarters
• Ambassador of our brand

What you bring

• You are between 25 and 50 years old
• You have completed basic training as a precision mechanic, polymechanic, electromechanic or mechatronics technician
• You have experience in the technical field
• You enjoy BERNINA products and love technology
• You speak German (native language)
• You can handle PCs and customers
• You want to continuously further your internal training (mechanical, electronic and in the sewing area)
• You are mobile if needed and flexible by nature
