For our small, well-coordinated team with big ambitions, we are looking for a reliable, flexible professional for field service and maintenance of our devices – with assignments both at the customer’s site and in in-house assembly.

Your tasks

Your work directly determines how reliably our devices operate.

• Technical service & maintenance of our devices directly at the customer (currently) in the Zurich area
• Diagnosis and repair of mechanics, electrical and electronic components
• Final inspection & commissioning after each intervention
• Participation in assembly and production of new devices
• Your feedback from the field – directly into product development
• Service documentation and reports

Your profile

Precision for us does not end in design but at the customer’s site.

• Basic training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, electrician, polymechanic or similar, ideally with an electrical engineering flair
• Experience as a field service technician is an advantage
• Know-how in mechatronics, electronics, circuit diagrams, mechanical engineering; enthusiasm for customer contact and service mentality
• Creativity, problem-solving skills and quick comprehension; independent, structured working style with high initiative and reliability
• Team player mentality
• Fluent German, advanced English
• Driving licence category B
