Your contribution
- You harmonise nursing quality and the individual needs of our patients
- You are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process (according to NANDA) and ensure structured, professionally sound nursing care
- You accompany and support nursing assistants in training as well as HF students in their learning process
- You actively represent the nursing service in the interprofessional team
What distinguishes you
- Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Experience in an acute hospital or rehabilitation
- An open, solution-oriented and proactive working style
- High social competence, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Very good German skills as well as confident IT user skills
