• As a member of the IT & Projects team, you are responsible for the operation of the current system landscape (MS Dynamics, ERP Bison Process, SAP master data, SAP Fi/Co, eShop solutions, and individual developments).
• You support our project managers in the introduction of new applications with a focus on mobility and subsequently ensure operation and further development.
• You manage the master data management within AGROLA and support the departments in the corresponding processes.
• You also act as a business analyst and assist the departments in creating requirement specifications.
• You actively drive digitalization at AGROLA.
• You ensure application support and skillfully manage change requests.
• You act as a link between management, specialist departments, IT, and IT system providers.

• You have a solid education in the field of computer science.
• You possess a quick grasp, a structured working method, a pronounced customer orientation, and the ability to work independently.
• Furthermore, you are eager to engage, proactive, results-oriented, and reliable.
• You have experience in ERP support and master data management.
• You are characterized by a very good understanding of business processes and your high organizational talent.
• Your very high willingness to perform and learn rounds off your profile.
• We require very good German in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is a welcome plus.
