Project Manager: Client Representation (80 – 100 %)
- Responsible for client-side project management of municipal buildings and facilities for new constructions, renovations, as well as demolition and refurbishment projects
- Preparing decision-making bases for construction projects for the municipal council, parliament, and eligible voters
- Responsible for maintaining the functional value of existing buildings and facilities
- Acting as the interface between internal and external project participants and supporting portfolio management in defining and planning construction contracts in the investment plan
- Completed specialised degree in architecture (FH) or another appropriate qualification such as certified technician HF in construction planning
- Further training in construction project management, ecology and/or energy issues is advantageous
- Professional experience in client representation as well as project management or a comparable role
- Team player with initiative and communication skills
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
