You will take ownership of a large workload of structured, process-driven tasks, ensuring that policy and master data are correct and up to date. If you take pride in doing things right, work well independently and don't shy away from repetitive work, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently process insurance policy onboardings, offboardings and mutations accurately and on time
- Handle high volumes of structured, recurring operational tasks with care and consistency
- Identify and flag data inconsistencies, process gaps, or recurring issues to the team leader and colleagues, and help drive their resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to document processes and workflows, ensuring they are clear and kept up to date, and support the onboarding of new colleagues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives by providing feedback and ideas from day‑to‑day operations.
- Live a culture of operational excellence through thorough, precise execution and a strong sense of ownership.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- A few years of experience in an operational, administrative or data entry role, ideally in an insurance environment
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical way of working
- Comfortable handling high workloads and repetitive tasks without compromising quality
- Reliable, self-organized and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable picking up new systems quickly
- Fluent in English, German is strongly preferred, French nice to have
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Why Aon:
- Aon offers a dynamic and flexible work environment
- Valuable exposure to professional growth and development opportunities
- A commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion
- Access to a global network of colleagues and resources
- A culture of innovation and continuous improvement
