To strengthen our team in the Facility & Security Non Food area, we are looking for a motivated and committed team leader, 100%, at the Hochdorf location starting 01.05.2026.

Your responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth operation of building infrastructure and technical systems
- Planning and monitoring maintenance measures
- Compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Optimization of processes in facility management and security
- Leading and developing the Facility & Security team in a dynamic logistics operation
- Responsibility for all cleaning and building technology (conveyor systems, robots, gates, HVACSE building services, etc.)
- Ensuring safety standards for employees, drivers, visitors, and external partners
- Implementation, planning, execution of training and monitoring of security concepts (access, video surveillance, fire protection, emergency management) KOBAS
- Organization and management of external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security services)
- Planning and coordination of maintenance work and repairs to minimize operational interruptions
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (occupational safety, EKAS, SUVA)
- Analysis and optimization of processes in facility and security
- Budget planning and control within the area of responsibility in coordination

Your profile
- Completed technical or craft training with further education in facility management, caretaking, or security area
- Several years of professional experience in caretaking and/or security environment
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of occupational safety, fire protection, and building technology
- Organizational strength, assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Experience in dealing with external service providers and suppliers
- Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient personality
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ideally maintenance or ticketing systems)
