Marketing, Sales and Customer Support IT Services (m/f/d)

About the job

Develop and market innovative IT infrastructure solutions to make the daily work life of Swiss SMEs easier.

Together with a team of around five people, you are responsible for our customers and accompany them from the first contact to project completion and beyond. Your tasks include on-site analysis and consulting as well as the development of suitable solutions. In addition, you jointly develop technical concepts for the customer within the team, prepare offers, and manage both the organisational project management and invoicing. At the same time, you ensure that potential customers can be reached through targeted marketing activities and significantly shape the success of our IT Services department. You succeed in driving marketing measures forward on the one hand, and on the other hand, keeping an eye on the development of sustainable solutions and the maintainability of the systems. You enjoy the mix of customer support, sales and marketing and take pleasure in the varied tasks.

Qualification
Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business administration or a comparable field of study. We are open to recent graduates.
