We are looking for a dedicated school management (65%) for our well-established school (kindergarten and primary level). The current principal will retire at the end of the 2025/26 school year. To ensure a smooth transition, we are already looking for a new principal starting February 1, 2026.

Your tasks:

• Pedagogical, professional, and personnel leadership of the teaching staff
• Promotion of an open and appreciative school culture
• Collaboration with parents, authorities, and the community
• Responsibility for the strategic development of the school

Your profile:

• An appropriate leadership training, a completed school management training, or the willingness to complete it
• Leadership experience, preferably in an educational environment
• Solution-oriented action, economic thinking
• Communicative, both orally and in writing
• Motivated and committed, loyal and humorous

• A motivated and collegial team of 15 teachers, an experienced school administrator (50%), a PICTS representative (7%), and school social work (25%)
