Process and Application Technician 100% (m/f/d)

About the job

Your area of responsibility:

• Responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining the injection moulding machine and peripheral equipment
• Operation and programming (KUKA)
• Sampling of injection moulding tools in coordination with internal project managers and customers
• Production of prototypes and small series
• Commissioning of tools on site at customers
• Technical support for toolmaking

Your qualifications:

• Training as a plastics technologist
• Further training as a FH engineer or HF technician specialising in mechanical engineering is an advantage
• Professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• System experience with the setup of injection moulding machines
• Very good technical understanding and a quick grasp
• High organisational skills and goal-oriented working method
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and keep the goal in sight
• Good English skills, spoken and written, are a requirement; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 15%)
• High commitment and self-motivation
