Operational Buyer (m/f/d)
Role:
As an operational buyer (m/f/d), you ensure reliable and timely material supply and act as an important interface between suppliers, production, logistics, and internal specialist departments.
Responsibilities:
Operational procurement of materials, components, and services
Initiating and monitoring orders
Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely delivery
Maintaining and managing order, supplier, and item master data
Obtaining and comparing offers
Communication and coordination with national and international suppliers
Processing order confirmations, delivery deviations, and complaints
Monitoring delivery dates and stock levels
Supporting the optimisation of procurement processes
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further education in purchasing
Professional experience in operational purchasing
Good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with an ERP system
Technical understanding is an advantage
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Confident and solution-oriented communication skills
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
English skills are an advantage
Sense of responsibility, teamwork, and strong organisational skills
