Inside Sales Specialist 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Process Analytics develops, produces, and sells state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in biopharma, chemistry, and breweries. Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters such as pH value, oxygen, or sensors for measuring cell density, which are enormously important in biological processes and unique worldwide with their innovative technology.
What you can achieve:
Close collaboration with the field sales team as well as active support in all sales-relevant processes – from preparing offers to technical consulting of our customers
Proactive approach to potential new customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and structured lead management; qualified handover of leads to the sales team
Strategic marketing of our products and services
Support in planning and implementing sales-oriented campaigns for acquiring new customers as well as organizing trade fairs and events
Conducting follow-ups on consumables, training, and after-sales services to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction
Identification of new business opportunities, relevant market trends, and leading opinion leaders; systematic collection and preparation of market and competitor information
What you bring with you:
Completed studies or equivalent training in process engineering, natural sciences, electrical engineering, or a related field; knowledge in process analytics is desirable
Several years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
Confident handling of CRM software (Dynamics, Hubspot), MS Office Suite, and other productivity-enhancing tools
Outgoing, persuasive, and customer-oriented
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form (C1)
