UX Designer Physical Pharmacy (w/m) 80-100%
Help us shape the pharmacy of the future – digital, connected, and customer-centered!
Our customer interface is ready for the next chapter: more modern, future-proof, and broadly supported. The team is eager for reinforcement – and we’re looking for someone who can bridge today’s solutions like TriaPharm and APOs with what’s next. If you think in journeys instead of channels, love experimenting with new technologies, and bring a holistic view on service design and omnichannel experiences, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
What you can do
- Support the digital transformation of our pharmacies with useful, simple and intuitive solutions that simplify workflows and offer a modern user experience
- Conduct generative and evaluative user research to understand the needs, challenges and behavior of pharmacy employees and customers. Document and communicate your findings in a clear and structured manner
- Design how users interact with the products or services, organize and structure information in a way that is easy for users to navigate and understand
- Ensure a seamless and consistent omni-channel customer experience by bridging the gap between the digital journey on our websites and the in-store experience, aligning touchpoints to create a coherent and user-centered customer journey
- Assume joint responsibility for the establishment of human-centered, agile working methods and their further development by working closely with fellow UX designers, product owners and product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
What you have to offer
- You have completed training or further education (HF/FH) in the field of UX design or have several years of professional experience in the field of UX design and user research
- You have experience in the application of design thinking, lean startup and agile working methods as well as routine in the use and further development of design systems
- You have excellent knowledge and application of UX methodology and can drive initiatives from ideation to validation. You are curious about new technologies and like experimenting with fast prototyping techniques.
- As a team player, you are motivated and quality-conscious. You bring a positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humor to the team
- French or English is your first language, and you have a good knowledge (at least B1) of the other language. Knowledge of German is an advantage
