In this key role, you take overall responsibility for the sales region Zurich and Eastern Switzerland. Your mission: acquire new customers, further develop existing customers, and position ISS as the leading partner in the market. You independently shape the entire sales process – from the first contact to contract conclusion – with a lot of drive.
Your main tasks:
- Responsibility: Overall responsibility for the sales region Zurich and Eastern Switzerland including independent acquisition and support of strategic customers
- Solutions: Development of customer-oriented and needs-based solution and service packages based on your market analysis and evaluation
- Strategy: Implementation of the commercial strategy of ISS Switzerland considering national and regional strategic priorities
- Leadership & development of the sales team in the Zurich and Eastern Switzerland region
- Collaboration: Ensuring cooperation with Operations, Business Development, and Marketing
- Market: Collecting and evaluating market information, driving marketing and sales initiatives to acquire new customers
- Relationship management: Representing the company publicly and in professional committees
Your profile:
- Education: University degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or technical university degree with further education in Business Administration
- Expertise: Proven experience in a similar role in the B2B services environment as well as demonstrated track record in leading a sales organization
- Thinking & acting: Entrepreneurially minded personality with excellent negotiation skills
- Out of the box: Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a touch of creativity
- Market knowledge: Good industry and product knowledge in Facility Management and Real Estate
- Languages: Business fluent German and good English skills
