About the job

"Indirect Procurement" acts as a business partner responsible for all relevant procurement projects for indirect goods and services within the Migros Cooperative Federation, the Migros cooperatives, and other Migros companies. Make an active contribution to ensuring and further developing our systems and procurement processes within Indirect Procurement.

What you will achieve

• You take responsibility for demanding projects, work packages, and releases – from conception through planning to successful implementation
• You coordinate collaboration between Product Management, IT, specialist departments, and external partners, ensuring smooth project progress
• You ensure quality by successfully managing professional validations, tests, approvals, cutovers, and knowledge transfers
• You analyse requirements, develop well-founded concepts and decision bases, and translate complex challenges into concrete, actionable solutions
• You actively shape the scaling and further development of MProcure and successfully bring strategic ideas into implementation

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: In business administration and/or technical area with further training in digital or eProcurement topics
• Professional experience: Several years of practical experience in leading or coordinating IT digitalisation projects, ideally in purchasing/procurement, source-to-pay, eProcurement, process management, or business analysis
• You are familiar with the world of procurement, source-to-pay, or eProcurement and understand the underlying processes and systems
• You bring experience in the introduction or further development of digital platforms – ideally in the purchasing environment
• You manage projects in a structured and confident manner and feel comfortable in both agile and traditional project setups
• You analyse complex requirements, think holistically, and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions
• You communicate on equal terms with business, IT, and external partners and convince through personal responsibility, team spirit, and implementation strength
