Technical Buyer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing category strategies and measures to save material costs in collaboration with strategic purchasing
Identifying reliable suppliers
Supplier evaluations in coordination with strategic purchasing
Pre-planning / ensuring the timely and quality-compliant availability of materials/raw materials and components for production
Purchasing all materials for production
Accurate maintenance of relevant master data
Obtaining and processing offers (request for quotation, offer comparison, offer selection, price and condition negotiations)
Conducting price negotiations within the responsible area
Identifying saving potentials
Placing orders, concluding contracts, contract negotiations
Maintaining and monitoring supplier conditions and prices
Qualifications:
Purchasing specialist with a federal diploma, alternatively completed commercial training with a technical basic education and further training in purchasing
Several years of experience as an operational buyer in a manufacturing company
Good English skills
Good knowledge in contract management.
Entrepreneurial / business management thinking and acting
High customer orientation
