How you inspire
- A challenging and varied role with opportunities to shape awaits you. You support the client managers:
- in all administrative matters, especially in opening new and managing existing client relationships, online services, payment transactions, card services, compliance and other clarifications related to banking. You work independently and closely with other internal departments
- in the care, maintenance and development of client relationships, analysing financial figures, and in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings with professional investors such as foundations, pension funds, insurance companies, banks and family offices
- with regulatory issues, processing documents and maintaining system entries
- in direct contact with our clients (physically, by phone and in writing) and independently handle electronic and physical correspondence
What you bring
- You have successfully completed a commercial banking apprenticeship with proven experience in the financial services sector, ideally in investment business
- You enjoy working independently, taking initiative, teamwork and daily contact with professional/institutional clients
- You are a motivated, enthusiastic and resilient personality with strong team skills across departmental boundaries
