tilia offers people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our five locations in the Greater Bern area, relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing and support are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

We offer you a position for three to six months starting immediately or by arrangement as
Your task
- Empathetic and professional care and support of our residents under guidance
- Making an important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
- Assisting with household tasks
- Co-responsible for a positive and constructive living and working atmosphere
Our requirements
- Enjoyment of nursing activities and sensitivity in dealing with elderly people in need of care and their relatives
- Good German skills (spoken and written)
- Responsible, team-oriented and resilient personality with high quality standards
