Tasks:
- Ensure the back office of the groupage service
- Management of after-sales service
- Entry of transport orders into our IT system
- Coordination with various departments
- Management of the telephone switchboard
We expect from you:
- Basic commercial training (experience in the transport sector is a plus)
- Comfortable using IT tools (MS Office, etc.)
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and team spirit
- Strong customer service orientation
- Native French speaker, German (minimum B2)
