WHAT DO YOU DO AS A RETAIL SPECIALIST EFZ?
At adidas, the customer is at the centre. Our first-class products, global presence, and the expertise of our sales staff ensure a special shopping experience.
Your tasks include customer advice, getting to know our range and technologies, cashier processes, as well as understanding our warehouse processes. During the 3-year apprenticeship, you will deepen your knowledge in sales as well as in commercial and business management processes.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN DURING THE APPRENTICESHIP? YOU ...
- rotate within the adidas store through various departments and gain valuable practical experience for the future
- are a contact person and important advisor to our customers and immerse yourself intensively in varied advisory situations
- learn different cashier processes (exchange, complaint, billing) and engage intensively with our products and their technologies
- contribute to sales-promoting product presentation
- get to know the business processes in retail in detail and gain insight into warehouse and inventory management

- Completed compulsory schooling
- Interest in sport, fashion and advising/selling our products
