Introduction

On behalf of our client, a likeable, renowned and rapidly growing Spitex organisation (PA model) with a friendly corporate culture, we are looking for an experienced qualified nurse HF/BSc Nursing as a Senior Nursing Expert (80-100%) to expand the team in Zurich (central location, parking available).

Type of Work

In this varied and responsible role, you will actively shape the professional development of the organisation. You will design, organise and lead internal specialist training, workshops and further education for qualified nurses and develop practical training concepts on topics such as InterRAI-HC, care planning, nursing documentation as well as KLV and WZW criteria. As a competent specialist, you will support employees through coaching, case discussions and practical guidance and assist with complex care situations (without direct nursing duties). In addition, you will contribute to the development of training materials, practical guides and nursing standards. Another focus of your work lies in quality management and nursing controlling. You will analyse care records, identify optimisation potential and ensure professional needs assessment, care planning and documentation. Together with the nursing management and other specialist departments, you will promote a uniform, evidence-based nursing practice and support the implementation of quality measures as well as internal audits.

Requirements Profile

For this exciting challenge, you have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or a comparable qualification (BSc Nursing etc.). You bring several years of professional experience in outpatient care, ideally in the Spitex environment (possibly with PA model), and have sound knowledge of InterRAI-HC, care planning, nursing documentation as well as the legal requirements in the area of KLV and WZW. Ideally, you have also gained experience in adult education, professional development or conducting training sessions. A pedagogical further education (e.g. SVEB, vocational trainer or comparable qualification) is an advantage. You convince with your pronounced didactic, organisational and communication skills and know how to support employees and initiate sustainable improvements.
