Assistant Property Manager for Rental Properties (60-100%)

Your tasks:

• You actively support our property managers in the care and management of their rental properties
• You are the contact person for tenants, craftsmen, and authorities
• You ensure structured organisation and smooth processes in daily operations

Your profile:

• You have a quick grasp and work precisely and independently
• You enjoy working in a team and are goal-oriented in dealing with customers and partners
• You communicate in fluent German and impress with commitment and a strong sense of responsibility
• You hold a category B driving licence
