What to expect 

During your three-year training, you will get to know various departments and take on varied tasks: 

• You will work in areas such as marketing, purchasing, accounting, customer service, human resources and other specialist departments. 
• You will independently handle administrative and organisational tasks. 
• You will assist with processing emails, enquiries and correspondence. 
• You will create documents, presentations and evaluations. 
• You will get to know modern digital tools and processes. 
• You will collaborate with internal and external contacts. 
• You will gradually take on more responsibility and develop your professional and personal skills. 

From the 3rd year of apprenticeship, you can choose between the elective areas "Finance" or "Standard Language".
