As a complement to our Operations team, we are looking for a committed person as a Service Technician for onsite support with our customers.
Your Scope for Impact and Creativity.
You are responsible within the Operations team for onsite support at our customers. You plan the work together with the responsible Incident Manager and carry it out independently on site at the customer. In addition, you check defective hardware, support the repair process and ensure the exchange of information between customers and Operations. In rare cases, you carry out installations and maintenance in the team. Travel activity is about 80%.
Your Profile.
- Ideally, you have training in a technical profession (multimedia electronics technician, electronics technician, IT specialist, ICT specialist etc.) and have already gained initial professional experience in the described area of responsibility.
- You are proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems and have sound network knowledge.
- You are also familiar with the basics of AV technology.
- In addition, you are used to working independently, convince with a neat, well-groomed appearance and enjoy being on the move a lot.
- You hold a category B driving licence.
- Since you work in the high-security area of our customers, a spotless criminal record is a prerequisite.
