Activities
- Establishing and further developing training for polymechanics and production mechanics
- Developing and implementing modern training concepts
- Ensuring and optimising training quality
- Supporting, promoting and recruiting trial apprentices and apprentices
- Close collaboration with management and specialist departments
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in vocational education and enthusiasm for fostering young talent
- Leadership skills as well as conceptual and structured working methods
- High quality standards and appreciative team interaction
- Further training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
