Production Planner / SAGE X3 ERP Referent

About the job

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will join the team responsible for production and packaging.

Your role: to ensure the smooth launch of production, the quality of data in SAGE X3, and actively contribute to the improvement of our working methods.

Your missions

• Create, launch and monitor manufacturing orders in SAGE X3
• Control work in progress and identify anomalies or blockages
• Ensure the reliability of production data present in the ERP
• Ensure the proper administrative closure of manufacturing orders
• Collaborate daily with the production and packaging teams
• Analyse existing processes and propose improvements to streamline and accelerate order processing

The profile we are looking for

You are rigorous, organised and comfortable with IT tools and industrial environments.

But above all, you have the ability to quickly understand an operation, identify what can be improved and constructively challenge existing methods.

Experience in planning, scheduling or production management is essential.

Proficiency in SAGE X3 is a major asset and will be highly favoured.

We are looking for someone who does not just manage manufacturing orders, but who seeks to understand flows, detect malfunctions and concretely contribute to improving operational performance.

Position based in Carouge / Geneva
