Head of Billing & Accounts Receivable (80–100%)

Responsibility for billing, accounts receivable and the establishment of a shared service centre

Affidea Switzerland is part of the leading European Affidea Group and is continuously growing. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a committed leader who combines operational responsibility with process optimisation and leadership.

In this exciting role, you will take responsibility for accounts receivable and support the establishment of our national shared service centre.

Your tasks

• Professional responsibility for billing and accounts receivable
• Ensuring correct invoicing according to TARDOC, DRG and VVG
• Participation in operational day-to-day business (invoicing, debt collection, monthly closings)
• Establishment and further development of a shared service centre
• Leadership, coaching and development of the accounts receivable team
• Collaboration with insurance companies, hospitals and internal stakeholders
• Optimisation and digitalisation of processes
• Further development of our ERP systems

Requirements

• Several years of experience in accounts receivable
• Further training in finance or accounting
• Very good knowledge of TARDOC, DRG and VVG
• Experience in healthcare
• Leadership experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Opale is an advantage)
• German and French at a very good level
• English skills are an advantage
• Hands-on mentality
• High social competence
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
