Your Tasks

• Initiating and monitoring orders
• Tracking and ensuring delivery dates
• Obtaining and comparing quotes
• Maintaining purchasing and supplier master data
• Processing order confirmations
• Coordination with production, logistics and suppliers
• Supporting complaints and delivery deviations
• Monitoring stock levels and material availability
• Contributing to cost optimisations
• Maintaining and ordering materials for Kanban items
• Ordering components for interfaces

Your Profile

• Commercial or technical basic training, further education in purchasing is an advantage
• Experience in operational purchasing in an industrial company
• Solid IT skills and ERP software (ABAS is an advantage)
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong communication & negotiation skills in German and English
• Structured, precise and independent working style
• Networked thinking & flexibility
• Good planning, organisational & coordination skills
