The following diverse tasks await you:

• Active collaboration with field staff
• Handling the concerns of our brokers
• Ideally, you have experience in multi-line insurance and are interested in a versatile role across all insurance sectors.
• Customer support by phone and at the counter
• Opening claims and processing minor damages
• Support with remediation measures

• Several years of insurance experience, preferably with VBV
• High customer orientation and always friendly and helpful demeanour
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Independence and flexibility
• Structured and precise way of working
• Calm and confident manner even in difficult situations
