For the recruitment unit of login Berufsbildung AG in Olten we are looking for a

from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement

What you can achieve:

• Responsibility for the entire application process of the apprentices - from checking the application dossiers to drawing up the apprenticeship contracts (without conducting interviews)

• Organisation of trial apprenticeships and interviews

• Active support of candidates throughout the application process

• Review of recruitment success in your own area

• Advising interested parties and parents

• Maintaining contacts with partner companies, training managers and vocational trainers

What you bring with you:

• Commercial or equivalent basic training with at least 2 years of professional experience in the commercial sector

• Enjoyment and experience in HR work, especially in recruitment

• Ability to cope with changing, seasonal workloads and changes

• Customer orientation and decisiveness

• Enjoyment in contact with people and teamwork

• Good work organisation, efficient working style and confident handling of IT tools
