How you can contribute

• Further develop GEBA guidelines and integral automation concepts and ensure their implementation in new build and renovation projects
• Manage and support external GEBA specialist planners and system integrators as well as ensure the quality of concepts, specifications and functional descriptions
• Accompany projects from the strategy and concept phase through planning and tendering to commissioning, integral testing and final acceptance
• Act as the central technical interface between project management, real estate and property management, facility management, IT and external partners
• Contribute expertise in strategic topics, specialist committees and working groups, develop standards and guidelines, and advise internal departments on complex GEBA issues

What makes you unique

• Higher technical education or a degree in building automation, building services engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in building automation, building services engineering or in the planning and implementation of integral building services projects
• Sound knowledge of building automation, system integration, commissioning and the relevant standards and norms
• Experience in leading or technically managing external specialist planners and project partners as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented personality with high quality standards and strategic understanding
• Active knowledge of a second official language
